1. Who we are, and what this covers
AIUpright is a Blender add-on published by an individual developer based in China ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the add-on and the product pages on this site. Contact: support@aikesijie.com.
2. Purchase and use are two different relationships
The sale itself is made by Creem as merchant of record, under Creem's Buyer Terms of Service. Use of the add-on is governed by these Terms and by the GPL-3.0-or-later licence. Where these Terms conflict with Creem's Buyer Terms, Creem's Buyer Terms prevail for the sale.
3. What AIUpright is
AIUpright prepares a separate copy of a static model or a whole rig inside Blender — orientation, size and position — and can match compatible rigs bone by bone and play a reference motion. It keeps the original objects untouched and can restore them. The add-on also exports the prepared result as FBX.
What it is not: not an exporter replacement, not a batch tool, and it does not create or repair meshes, textures, weights or rigs. Preparation keeps the appearance you already have; it does not automatically repair every problem that appears after importing into a game engine. Import settings in the engine still matter, and you are responsible for checking your own result.
4. Licence
AIUpright is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. The source code is included in the download. That licence governs your rights to use, study, copy, modify and redistribute the software. Nothing in these Terms restricts the rights that licence gives you. There is no licence key and no activation server.
5. Orders and payment
The Full edition is $9 (USD), one-time. There is no subscription. The Trial edition is free to download and has no expiry, usage limit or watermark. Creem handles payment, invoices and taxes, and shows the price in your currency at checkout.
6. Delivery, updates and what you receive
After payment, Creem's receipt and customer portal provide your download link. The product is delivered as a zip file containing the add-on source code (see the GPL licence) and a README. Updates within the 0.x series are provided when we publish them; we do not promise a release schedule, a support response time, or continued development. Keep your receipt — it is what the portal uses to let you re-download.
7. Refunds and the right of withdrawal
AIUpright is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record, and refunds and chargebacks are handled by Creem under its Buyer Terms of Service, including the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union.
If the download is broken, the file is defective, or the add-on does not work as described on this page, email support@aikesijie.com first — we will fix the file or, where that is not possible, work with Creem on a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
8. Acceptable use
You may use AIUpright for any lawful purpose. The GPL-3.0-or-later licence governs copying, modification and redistribution, and nothing in these Terms restricts the rights that licence gives you — you may redistribute the add-on, modified or not, under that licence. We ask only that you do not present the original work as your own (for example by removing its copyright notices) and do not use the name AIUpright for a modified version in a way that suggests it is our release.
9. No warranty
The add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It handles common cases; it will not produce the right result for every model, rig or engine configuration. Test it with your own assets before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the add-on will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Trademarks
AIUpright is not sponsored by or affiliated with Unity Technologies or its affiliates. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere. Blender is a trademark of the Blender Foundation.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the add-on after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the add-on.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
